We have been offering Personal Training and Group Exercise classes in Dunblane & Bridge of Allan since 2014.

2024 marks an exciting year for Base Fitness as we open our first fitness studio.
We are proud to be able to offer Personal Training, Fitness Classes and now Sports Massage - hence our rebrand to Base Fitness Training & Recovery!

So whether you are looking to start your health and fitness journey or you are an experienced athlete wanting to progress to the next level, we have the experience and knowledge to help you take the next step towards your goal.
