STUDIO

At Base Fitness we have been delivering personal training and group fitness classes in Dunblane and Bridge of Allan since 2014.​
​
Based in the heart of Dunblane, our bright and airy studio space is fully equipped with high quality equipment to allow us to bring the community a mixture of strength, conditioning, mobility and indoor cycling classes. Our classes are open to all and we welcome those new to exercise or coming back after a break as well as seasoned fitness enthusiasts.
Personal Training clients will also benefit from training in this spacious studio with a range of great tools at their finger tips.

- Core and Mobility focused workouts
- Strength Training

Further to our classes and our personal training, we will be offering sports massage to help with any injuries you may be suffering from or to keep you in tip top condition so you can maintain your training programme and remain injury free and mobile to perform at your best.
