THE
STUDIO
At Base Fitness we have been delivering personal training and group fitness classes in Dunblane and Bridge of Allan since 2014.

It has always been part of the long-term dream to open our own facility to allow us to offer more to our customers.
We are very excited to say that this dream has now came to fruition and we will be opening our doors in early 2024!
​
Based in the heart of Dunblane, our bright and airy studio space is fully equipped with high quality equipment to allow us to bring the community a mixture of strength, conditioning, mobility and indoor cycling classes.
Personal Training clients will also benefit from training in this spacious studio with a range of great tools at their finger tips.

- Functional Training
- Circuits
- Core and Mobility focused workouts
- Strength Training

Further to our classes and our personal training, we will be offering sports massage to help with any injuries you may be suffering from or to keep you in tip top condition so you can maintain your training programme and remain injury free and mobile to perform at your best.
