We are delighted that our Personal Training service has been so popular.
At this moment, we only have limited availability for PT during the weekdays. 

If that is suitable, please get in touch!

If you are looking for an early morning or evening slot please contact us to register your interest and we will inform you once spaces are available.

Personal Training is where it all started for Base Fitness and it will continue to be a big part of the new studio and what we offer to our customers.

We look forward to welcoming our current clients and new clients to our bright training studio filled with new equipment and fitness toys to ensure your sessions are fun and engaging!

Personal Training is all about you. We will take a good look at where you are, where you want to go and what we'll need to do in order to get you there.

​

There is far more to it than just exercise so we will look into what the rest of your life looks like, what your current level of nutrition is and what habits you have that may need changed or developed. 

​

We sell blocks of 10 sessions to ensure that we can get the best start possible and encourage your commitment so you can progress to reach the goals you are after. It is not a short term fix. We want to help you embrace better, healthier lifestyle choices to ensure that you are getting the most out of your life and your body.
